Classes in Preschools

Preschoolers will learn body awareness and how to move their bodies in a fun and safe way through songs, chants, and rhythmic physical activities. They will also be introduced playful, interactive, and mindfulness games that foster cooperation, compassion, and empathy towards others.

 

Classes in Elementary and Middle Schools

Students will learn body awareness and how to move their bodies through the Sun Salutations, as well as basic asanas (yoga poses) that challenge and help increase their balance, strength, and flexibility. Breathing techniques, philosophical discussions, and mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, will also be introduced.

Classes in Junior and High Schools

Classes with older students will focus on mind-body connection through breath, sun salutations, basic and intermediate yoga poses will be introduced. Stress reduction techniques, such as different types of breathing techniques and meditations will be introduced.
