Do you feel you’ve reached a plateau in your personal practice? Or do you wish to have the presence of a nurturing and knowledgable teacher to guide you in your personal practice? Private instruction might offer you what you will not get in a group class. Siewli offers private instruction to help you tap into a deeper awareness of your body and reach your next level. She has experience in several styles of yoga and is skilled in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, therapeutic, restorative, and Yoga Tune Up®.

Private sessions offer the personalized instruction necessary to develop a greater understanding of yoga and the many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, fine tuning your practice and deepening your connection to your breath. The private class is based entirely on your needs. Siewli works with you to create a practice suitable for where you are now. Private lessons are offered via Skype or at your home or office. Siewli also offers Corporate classes and Private Yoga parties. Below is the price breakdown. Please note, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Charges apply for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Your session time and the teacher’s time is reserved for you. If a private session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session, the fee will be charged in full.

 

Siewli Stark Yoga

Siewli is a yoga teacher who specializes in teaching breath work, Vinyasa, Hatha, Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga, and is certified in Yoga Tune Up®. She loves teaching privately and is excited to work with those who are intimidated by yoga or attending a group class, but are ready to give it a try.
